Terms of Service

By using PureSign — whether as a guest or with an account — you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

PureSign lets you create transparent signature images, remove backgrounds from signature photos, and apply signatures to PDFs and images in your browser. Core tools work without an account. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You can use the signature maker and signing tools as a guest. Creating an account unlocks saved signatures, document history, cross-device sync, and subscriptions. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

• Free plan — includes daily export limits and upload size caps, and may display ads.
• Pro plan — billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor (Paddle). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Credits — one-time export credit packs do not expire and are non-refundable once consumed.
• Changes and cancellation — you can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice for future billing cycles.

You agree not to use PureSign to:

• forge, falsify, or apply a signature you are not authorized to use;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates someone else's rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent limits or security of the service;
• resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

You are solely responsible for the legality and validity of any document you sign. PureSign is a tool, not a notary, and does not guarantee that a signed document is legally binding in your jurisdiction.

You retain all rights to the signatures and documents you create or upload. You grant us only the limited, temporary permission needed to process and — if you save them — store them so we can provide the service. We don't claim ownership and we don't use your content to train models.

The PureSign name, logo, software, and design are ours and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms don't grant you any right to use our branding except as needed to use the service normally.

We work hard to keep PureSign fast and available, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and we may set or adjust usage limits to keep it reliable for everyone.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureSign disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using PureSign or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to PureSign.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll update the effective date above and notify you where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
